Recital Hall - Howard Community College The new Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center is the preferred performance space for the College’s Music Department (faculty and students) and guest musicians. The 118–seat Hall provides intimacy between performers and audience members, with beautiful wood paneling, lighting and architectural design.
