Topside at
South Street Seaport
New York, New York
"Topside" is the newly redesigned
and renovated third-floor tenant space in Fulton Market at South Street
Seaport in New York City. Originally a challenging space for retail, it
has been successfully redeveloped. The shared dining area, upgraded from
the previous food court, maintained a selection of successful food venues;
the balance of the space was used as turn-key tenant spaces for small
specialty shops. The 24,000 s.f. space was renovated for The Rouse Company
at a cost of $2,200,000.
Scott Butler was Project Architect while
with D'AIQ Architects.
