Background
Bob
has 14 years of design experience with responsibility for project management
and design on a variety of building types including educational, performance
arts, commercial, and single and multi-family residential. Bob is currently
a Project Architect for Wilson Butler’s design of Towson University’s
newly expanded Center for the Arts, and he is also developing preliminary
design plans for the Ross Residence in Newton, MA. Recently, he participated
in the completion of feasibility studies for a new arts and cultural center
for Findlay, Ohio and the Ft. Point Cultural Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
Before
joining Wilson Butler Lodge in the fall of 2000, Bob worked for Stoiber
& Associates (S&A), a boutique architectural firm in Washington, DC specializing
in residential and light commercial work, while completing his graduate
studies part-time.
While
with S&A, Bob founded and ran a small residential development company
in Washington, DC. After 11 years, he left S&A as an associate and joined
the Boston firm of Warren Freedenfeld and Associates (WFA), a firm specializing
in the design of veterinary care facilities. As an associate and project
architect and project manager with WFA, Bob worked on a variety of projects
including veterinary hospitals, mixed-use facilities and multi-family
residences.
