Serenade of the Seas Launch, RCI
Wilson Butler Lodge's newest theater for Royal Caribbean International, The Tropical Theater, is aboard Serenade of the Seas, the third in RCI's Radiance-class series. Launched on July 31, this newest of ships "combines an elegant yacht-like design with many of the most innovative amenities and onboard programs available on the cruise industry", explains Adam Goldstein, executive vice president, RCI. WBLI Director John Lodge, AIA attended the inaugural celebration in New York and reported that, "The Gospel Choir of Harlem, Whoopi Goldberg and the New York Firefighters Marching Band all put on an amazing celebration for this wonderful new ship."
